What states do you offer services virtual therapy and immigration evaluations?
Currently I am licensed to perform services in North Carolina, Colorado, Iowa, Texas, New Hampshire, and Florida.
If I pay out of pocket for therapy will my insurance reimburse me?
Not all insurance companies or polices will provide reimbursement. It is completely at the discretion of your insurance company how much they will repay, if any, of what you paid for the services received. It is highly recommended you contact you insurance company to inquire about the out-of-network services you can receive for mental health. You can request a superbill for services received from your therapist at the end of each month to submit to your insurance.
Although it is understanding how frustrating it can be to work with an insurance company, in this situation we will not directly interact with insurance in any way. If your insurance is through your employer, your Human Resource department may be able to help.
Do you accept insurance for therapy?
Currently I am only in network for Texas, North Carolina, and New Hampshire
Texas-Cigna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, Carelon Behavioral Health

If you are wanting to use out of network benefits (North Carolina, Colorado, Iowa, and Florida only)
It is highly encouraged that you contact your insurance to make sure your insurance will reimburse you. I am unable to call and verify on your behave if I am out of network for your insurance. You will receive a receipt monthly of your services that you have paid for so that you can submit to possibly receive reimbursement from your insurance. I cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed nor the amount you will be reimbursed due to each insurance plan being unique.
How long will it take for my immigration evaluation to be completed?
There are two up to 90 minute in-depth clinical evaluations that will take place over two weeks. Within ten days of the second clinical interview, a detail evaluation will be written and submitted to your lawyer for review. They will have approximately 3 business days to review. A final review will be made and the final evaluation will be submitted to your lawyer (and you via certified mail). The total time for the evaluation can range between 3-4 weeks beginning at the time of the first session. Evaluations can be completed in 2 weeks for an additional fee.
